David Downey is the principal of Downeys Lawyers and has a broad commercial background that underpins his practice as a lawyer.
David’s interests lie in litigation with a focus on insolvency, corporations and equity matters, property and general commercial law and criminal practice. Holding undergraduate qualifications in law and post-graduate qualifications in micro-finance David brings commercial and life experience to his practice and has a philosophy centred on dispute resolution.
